This is not official documentation, but I thought I'd give people a brief look at an AR piece I worked on last Fall. This Chinese-inspired garden was originally created as part of a digital exhibit/memorial to honor Chinese laborers in early 20th century Portland Oregon, who were unceremoniously buried in an unmarked mass grave. It featured floating lanterns, which are not present here since it is culture-specific. The piece stands alone as an immersive experience that invites people to slow down, relax, and enjoy some natural scenery. Visitors use a mobile app called Trace Viewer to access the experience, and are able to pan around the scene and explore different angles. Here are a few stills of 'Contemplative Garden' against the backdrop of my yard.
